Certified translations for the legal profession and the General Medical Council
Often, documents required for legal purposes such as business tenders, birth certificates, qualifications, marriage certificates etc., need to be certified after translation. Adelphi Translations based in Sheffield South Yorkshire, handle this kind of document translation using specially qualified translators.
What is a certified translation?
When translations are required for official purposes, such as wedding certificates, academic qualifications or for court proceedings, Adelphi can provide you with translated and certified documents. We offer three levels of certification:
Basic: Signed and stamped official letter provided with the translated text which is also officially stamped to acknowledge the certification.
Sworn: Adelphi can help you with documents that require a greater level of certification. We can arrange for a translator with sworn status to do the translation who will provide evidence of their classification. All the basic certification documentation will still be provided along side.
Affidavit: We can also organize for the translator to have the translation signed by a local solicitor or authority as further evidence of the translation’s official legitimacy.
