Adelphi is a member of the Association of Translation Companies (ATC). The ATC require member companies to adhere to a strict code of professional conduct, are subject to the rulings of a professional ethics committee and carry full professional indemnity insurance cover to safeguard the interests of the translation purchaser.
Adelphi ensures that all our translators are professional and work only into their mother tongue. This ensures accuracy. All our translators are members of either the Institute of Linguists or the Institute of Translations & Interpreters. Typesetting in any language: All our typesetting is handled in-house and carried out by our own experienced typesetters. We produce all kinds of documents including corporate brochures, packaging, business cards, posters and manuals. Subtitling: Adelphi has been producing foreign language and English subtitles for promotional videos, e-learning materials and instructional video either for delivery on the Internet or on DVD. Voice-overs: We have our own in-house digital recording studio for foreign language voice-over projects plus a portable digital recording facility if required. We can provide audio files in any format, including WAV, WMA or MP3. The files can be delivered to you via email, FTP or on CD or DVD. Adelphi Translations has produced voice-overs for many of the community languages in the UK including Hindi, Urdu, Somali, Chinese, Gujarati, Bangala, Punjabi, Arabic, Yoruba, Farsi, Dari, Kurdish and many more.
