Project: Translation & Formatting
The Brief
We were asked by our client to reproduce a series of Microsoft Powerpoint Modules of an eLearning course to train their clients in France, Germany, Italy and Europe how to sell and demonstrate the latest CISCO hardware. The project was to be delivered in a tight timescale as each course of this nature is produced as soon as the CISCO hardware becomes available and it is a very competitive market to compete in — the first person with the training usually will get the clients.
Solution
We used our linguists qualified in Network Hardware to translate the content of each PowerPoint presentation, returning each module/file as it was completed for our in-house to format and QA. This streamed approach to translation allowed us to halve the usual time for translation and delivery of this type of project and beat the delivery date by two days.
